Add Honey: Add the honey to the batter, stirring until well incorporated. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into Loaf Pan: Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
